1. Refund Eligibility:

2.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training or coaching class, please adhere to the following guidelines:
2.1.1. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the class will be eligible for a full refund minus any fees.
2.1.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the class will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process:
3.1. All refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
3.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will be initiated within 14 days of approval.
4. No-Show Policy:
4.1. If a client fails to attend a scheduled training or coaching session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Course or Session Cancellation:
5.1. In the rare event that we need to cancel a training class or coaching session, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6. Special Circumstances:
6.1. We understand that unforeseen and exceptional circumstances may arise. If such circumstances prevent you from attending a class, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
