Due to the nature of our digital and design-based services, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that unexpected situations can occur, so please review our refund policy below:

🚫 No Refunds After Project Start

Once your kickoff call is complete and any portion of the work has begun, we are unable to offer refunds. This includes content planning, design drafts, or account setup.

⏳ Refunds Before Project Start

If you cancel your project prior to your kickoff call and before any work has started, you may request a partial refund (50%) of your initial payment to account for time reserved and administrative costs.

🔁 Rescheduling & Pausing Policy

If you need to reschedule your kickoff call or temporarily pause your project, we’re happy to accommodate with at least 48 hours' notice. Your project can be paused for up to 30 days. After that, your project may be closed without refund.

🔄 Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us! While refunds aren’t available once the project is underway, we include 1 round of revisions for your website and content to ensure you’re happy with the final product.
