Meet Our Founder
Janice Hills, MBA
Founder & Principal Consultant
Janice Hills is a retired United States Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with 26 years of military service and extensive experience in leadership, federal acquisition, instructional design, and professional workforce development.
With an MBA, DAWIA Level III contracting certification, and more than 5,000 hours of training experience, she brings a combination of organizational leadership, acquisition knowledge, and practical instructional expertise to HLTI.
Her approach emphasizes realistic learning experiences that help employees strengthen communication, solve workplace problems, and develop skills they can apply immediately.
